All Purpose Stuffing Recipe
- 115 gm Streaky bacon
- 200 gm Lean pork or possibly chicken
- 50 gm Chicken livers
- 1 x Clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley
- 3 1/2 ounce White bread crumbs Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
- 2 fl ounce Cider Brandy to taste, (optional)
- Mince the meats, garlic and parsley in a mincer.
- Add in the bread crumbs and season to taste.
- Pour in the cider and brandy and mix well.
- You can add in many different ingredients to the stuffing to vary it and make it more interesting.
