Mini Fruit Pies Recipe
- 15 ounce. pkg. Pillsbury all-ready pie crusts
- 21 ounce. can cherry, blueberry or possibly apple pie filling
- 1 teaspoon flour
- Sugar
- Allow 1 crust pouch to stand at room temperature 15-20 min.
- Heat oven to 450 degrees.
- Spoon 1/3 c. pie filling into each of 6 (6 ounce.)
- custard c.. Unfold pie crust, peel off top plastic sheet.
- Press out fold lines.
- Sprinkle flour over crust.
- Place crust flour side down on cutting board.
- Using 3 1/2 inch cookie cutter, cut circles from crust.
- Place dough over pie filling.
- Cut slits in top.
- Sprinkle with sugar.
- Place custard c. in 15x10x1 inch baking pan.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 20-25 min.
- Serve hot.
