Grammy's Vegetable Salad Recipe
- 1 can white corn, liquid removed
- 1 can sm. green peas, liquid removed
- 1 can French green beans, liquid removed
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 c. green pepper, minced
- 1 jar minced pimento
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tbsp. water
- Combine corn, green peas, green beans, celery, onion, green pepper and pimento.
- Bring to a boil the rest of the ingredients.
- Cold.
- Then mix with the liquid removed vegetables.
- Let stand overnight.
- Keeps several weeks in the refrigerator.
- This is a great dish to serve!
- Makes 10 servings.
