Dieter's Clam Dip Recipe
- 7 ounce. chopped clams, liquid removed
- 1 pound cottage cheese
- 2 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 tbsp. clam liquid
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon low cal Italian dressing
- Place all ingredients together in a blender till smooth.
- Refrigerateand serve.
- Carrot sticks, green pepper sticks and celery sticks are good for this dip.
- Other vegetables can be used: cauliflower, red peppers, zucchini sticks, mushrooms, scallions and broccoli, etc.
