Crab Bisque

  1. In a blender, or by hand, mix soups.
  2. In saucepan, heat mixed soups over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add half-and-half and sherry.
  4. Just before serving, reheat to serving temperature.
  5. Add crab and heat a few minutes more; avoid cooking the crab.
