Beef Stir-Fry

  1. Trim fat
  2. from
  3. steak.
  4. Cut
  5. across
  6. grain into strips. Combine water,
  7. cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar and oyster sauce. Set aside.
  8. Coat wok or skillet with cooking spray and heat on medium-high for 2
  9. minutes.
  10. Add
  11. steak
  12. and
  13. stir-fry about 3 minutes.
  14. Remove meat.
  15. Place onion, celery, mushrooms, pepper and water chestnuts to
  16. pan drippings in wok.
  17. Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes. Add meat,
  18. broccoli
  19. and snow peas.
  20. Cover and reduce heat to medium.
  21. Simmer
  22. 2
  23. to
  24. 3
  25. minutes.
  26. Stir in soy sauce mixture.
  27. Cook
  28. on
  29. medium,
  30. stirring constantly until bubbly. Serve over hot rice.
