Quick and Easy Cheese Or Chicken Enchiladas

  1. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with no-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place small amount of sauce in the baking dish.
  3. Heat corn tortillas in microwave to soften.
  4. Fill tortillas with chicken, cheese or both.
  5. Fold over and place in the baking dish, seam side down.
  6. Cover with remaining sauce and sprinkle with cheese(s).
  7. Bake for 45 minutes at 350F (180C) until heated through and bubbly.
