Meatballs with Italian Style Tomato Sauce

  1. Mix the ingredients for the meatballs and prepare them medium sized.
  2. Fry them in vegetable oil.
  3. Fry the carrots, onions and garlic for a little bit.
  4. Be careful not to burn the garlic!
  5. Add the tomatoes.
  6. 10 minutes later add the spices without the sugar.
  7. When it thickens, drop the meatballs in the tomatoes and let them boil for about 5-7 minutes.
  8. Add the sugar.
  9. Try the sauce, if it is too sour, add some more sugar.
  10. Remove from the heat.
