Lime Ribbon Delight

  1. Bake cake mix (per box instructions) in 9-inch layer pans. Cool.
  2. Pour boiling water over gelatin in bowl, stirring until gelatin is dissolved.
  3. Stir in fruit juice; chill until thickened but not set.
  4. Stir in pineapple, nuts and lemon juice.
  5. Place 2 strips of aluminum foil in each of the pans.
  6. Place the cake in the pans.
  7. Put gelatin mixture on the cake layers.
  8. Chill until firm.
  9. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until stiff. With foil strips, lift cake out and stack.
  10. Frost sides with whipped cream.
  11. Refrigerate.
