Cream Cheese Puffs

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. In a bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon and almond extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine margarine and vanilla.
  4. Separate dough into 10 biscuits.
  5. Roll or press each into a 3-inch circle.
  6. Dip each cream cheese cube into margarine, then in sugar mixture.
  7. Place each cube into center of each circle biscuit.
  8. Fold dough over cube (cover completely).
  9. Shape into balls.
  10. Dip each ball into margarine, then roll in sugar mixture. Place seam side down in ungreased muffin cup.
  11. Bake at 375u0b0 for 12 to 18 minutes or until brown.
  12. Store in refrigerator.
