Asian Grilled Shrimp Salad

  1. Mix dressing mix, juice, oil and sherry until well blended.
  2. Remove 1/4 cup of the dressing mixture; refrigerate for later use.
  3. Toss shrimp with remaining dressing mixture; cover.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  5. Remove shrimp from marinade; discard marinade.
  6. Insert shrimp onto skewers.
  7. Preheat greased grill to medium-high heat.
  8. Grill shrimp 3 to 4 min.
  9. on each side or until shrimp turn pink.
  10. Cool 5 min.
  11. Remove shrimp from skewers.
  12. Toss lettuce with cucumbers, onions, almonds and noodles in large bowl.
  13. Add shrimp and reserved dressing mixture; mix lightly.
