Asian Grilled Shrimp Salad
- 1 env. GOOD SEASONS Asian Sesame Dressing Mix
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 1 lb. shrimp, cleaned
- 4 wooden skewers
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cucumber slices
- 1/4 cup green onion slices
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Slivered Almonds, toasted
- 1/4 cup chow mein noodles
- Mix dressing mix, juice, oil and sherry until well blended.
- Remove 1/4 cup of the dressing mixture; refrigerate for later use.
- Toss shrimp with remaining dressing mixture; cover.
- Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
- Remove shrimp from marinade; discard marinade.
- Insert shrimp onto skewers.
- Preheat greased grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill shrimp 3 to 4 min.
- on each side or until shrimp turn pink.
- Cool 5 min.
- Remove shrimp from skewers.
- Toss lettuce with cucumbers, onions, almonds and noodles in large bowl.
- Add shrimp and reserved dressing mixture; mix lightly.
