Panko Crusted Salmon
- 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Lemon Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Dried Dill Weed
- 2- 1/2 cups Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter
- 4 Salmon Fillets (about 100g Size)
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Mix together panko, salt, lemon pepper and dill weed in a bowl.
- Place oil and butter in a bowl and heat in microwave to melt butter; blend together.
- Dip salmon in oil mixture and then roll into panko mix, covering both sides.
- Place on baking sheet and cook in oven for 15 minutes.
- Switch from bake to broil and broil on high for an additional 3 minutes to crisp.
- Enjoy!
