Date Fruit Cake Recipe

• 1 pkg. Pillsbury date bread mix
• 1 1/2 c. minced candied fruit
• 1 c. minced pecans or possibly other nuts
• 1/2 c. raisins

1. Prepare date bread mix, adding candied fruit, nuts, raisins with dry mix.
2. Bake in 24 paper lined or possibly greased muffin c. for 30-35 min.
3. Glaze with hot corn syrup and candied fruit.
4. Especially good for tiny smallest muffin tins.
