Chile Con Queso Dip Recipe

  1. Cut cheese into small cubes and place in microwavable container.
  2. Saute/fry onion and garlic in butter till translucent/soft.
  3. Add in onion, garlic, tomato, green chiles and lowfat milk to cheese.
  4. Microwave on medium heat for 15 min or until creamy.
  5. Stir after first 7 min.
  6. Transfer dip to a fondue pot with warmer candle or a crock pot to keep hot.
  7. Serve with your favorite brand tortilla chips and cool Corona beer.
