Touchdown Po' Boy
- 1 loaf (about 16 oz.) French bread, split
- 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing or KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. Emeril's Italian Essence or Italian seasoning
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Bologna
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Cotto Salami
- 1/2 small onion, sliced, separated into rings
- 8 pepperoncini peppers, seeded, chopped
- 4 slices KRAFT Provolone or Mozzarella Cheese, halved
- Spread top half of bread loaf with MIRACLE WHIP; sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Layer bottom half of bread loaf with folded bologna and salami, onion, peppers and cheese.
- Cover with top half of bread.
- Wrap sandwich loaf in aluminum foil.
- Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.
- Cut into 6 pieces.
