Easy Beef Stew

  1. Preheat oven to 300F.
  2. Mix all ingredients in large casserole dish; cover.
  3. Bake 2-1/2 to 3 hours or until meat and vegetables are tender, stirring after each hour.
  4. Remove and discard bay leaf.
