Holiday Cheese Truffles

  1. Beat first 4 ingredients with mixer until blended.
  2. Divide in half.
  3. Add peppers to half, and onions to remaining half; mix each until blended.
  4. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  5. Shape each mixture into 24 (1-inch balls); roll in nuts.
  6. Serve with crackers.
