South Of The Border Tostadas Recipe

• 2 lbs. grnd beef
• 1 pkg. taco seasoning
• 10 corn tortillas
• 6 ounce. pimento cheese
• 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
• 1/2 head cabbage

1. Brown grnd beef; drain.
2. Add in taco seasoning and set aside.
3. Fry 10 corn tortillas to a crisp; set aside.
4. Mix pimento cheese; add in mayonnaise and mix well.
5. Set aside.
6. Shred 1/2 head of cabbage.
7. On 2 fried tortillas spread pimento cheese mix.
8. Add in beef mix to one tortilla.
9. Add in some cabbage (add in finely minced onion to taste).
10. Cover with the second tortilla.
