Gon Lo Mein Recipe
- 1/2 pound char sui (chicken, beef, whatever)
- 2 boxes Chinese refrigerator noodles
- 3 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. sesame seed
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. sesame seed oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 pkg. bean sprouts or possibly chop sui mix
- 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
- Mix, bake in 9 x 13 pan, uncovered for 15 min at 350 degrees.
