grilled hamburgers smothered in gravy
- 6 hamburgers grilled
- 1 can cream of mushroomsoup 12 ounce can
- 1 large onion sliced long slivers
- 1 salt to taste
- 1 granulated garlic to taste
- 1 black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 can chicken broth or 12 ounces of homemade
- 1/4 cup olive oil

- in a large frying pan heat olive oil and butter cook the onions (when we grill here at home we grill extra hamburgers and freeze them this part you grill hamburgers however you like or take from freezer like I did ) add seasoning add crea of mushroomsoup.
- add your broth thin the mushroomsoup.
- mix in a cup to thin paste like consistency the flour and spices and oil add into pan stir well cooking add hamburgers simmer a bit let sit for a while lets eat serve over rice or mashed potatoes or even noodles.
