Mixed Greens with Mixed Herbs Salad

  1. Combine the greens and herbs in a salad bowl.
  2. When you are ready to eat, dress the greens with the vinegar or lemon juice first, then with EVOO, just enough to coat the greens but not enough to weigh them down.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
