Apple-Stuffed Sausage Patties

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Mix sausage and beef; shape into ten 1/4-inch thick patties.
  3. Spray saucepan with vegetable spray; add celery and onion.
  4. Cook until tender.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add juice; stir in stuffing mix, apple, parsley, mustard and pepper. Place about 1/4 cup stuffing atop each of 5 patties, spreading to within 1/2 inch of edges.
  7. Top each with remaining 5 patties, pressing meat around edges to seal.
