Smoked Trout Spread

  1. Remove and discard skin from fish.
  2. Finely chop fish.
  3. Place fish, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a medium bowl, and mash with a fork.
  4. Stir in chopped onion, carrot, and green bell pepper.
