Bee Chee Recipe

  1. Cook bacon in large skillet till not quite crisp.
  2. Reserve 2 Tablespoons bacon fat in pan.
  3. Drain and reserve bacon.
  4. Add in onions and cabbage to fat in pan.
  5. Stir-fry for 3 min.
  6. Add in bacon and cook for 1 minute more.
  7. Combine water, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic pwdr, sugar, ginger, black pepper, crushed red pepper and sesame seeds.
  8. Pour over cabbage.
  9. Heat well.
