Cornbread Dressing

  1. Heat oven to 325u0b0.
  2. Mix bread and seasonings together.
  3. Saute celery, onion and apples in butter in large skillet.
  4. Add to bread mixture along with broth, meat and eggs.
  5. Toss until all moistened, if needed.
  6. Add more broth or water, enough for 12 to 14 pound turkey or bake separately in a 350u0b0 oven until lightly browned.
