Grilled Asparagus Spears

  1. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat).
  2. Combine water, olive oil and roasted garlic oil in large bowl.
  3. Add asparagus to water mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Let stand 5 minutes.
  5. Drain.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Grill asparagus until crisp-tender, turning frequently, about 6 minutes.
  8. Transfer to platter.
  9. Sprinkle with parsley.
