Magic Muesli
- 12 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 apples, grated or 12 cup applesauce, unsweetened
- 1 tablespoon oatmeal, raw (as in not cooked)
- 1 tablespoon almonds, slivered
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds, white (salba)
- 12 cup frozen blueberries
- 14 cup hemp seeds, hulled
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon jam, blackcurrant, to sweeten
- Mix all of these together, and you have the right amount of protein (about 10 grams), fibre, and nutrients, to set you up for the day!
- Serve immediately or leave, covered, in the fridge, for up to 3 days.
