Greek Bruschetta
- 1 loaf French Bread
- 1/4 cups Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 cup Hummus
- 1 cup Artichoke Hearts, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Cherry Or Grape Tomatoes
- 1/2 cups Kalamata Olives
- 1/4 cups Feta Cheese, Crumbled
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Slice the bread on an angle into pieces about 1/4 inch thick.
- Brush both sides of the bread with olive oil.
- Bake in the oven for 4 minutes per side.
- As soon as you take the bread out of the oven, rub a clove of garlic over the hot bread.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Spread about 1 tablespoon of hummus on the bread.
- Add some artichokes, tomatoes, and olives.
- Crumble the feta cheese over the top.
- Note: The amounts listed will be enough for about 6-8 slices of bread.
