Greek Bruschetta

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Slice the bread on an angle into pieces about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Brush both sides of the bread with olive oil.
  3. Bake in the oven for 4 minutes per side.
  4. As soon as you take the bread out of the oven, rub a clove of garlic over the hot bread.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Spread about 1 tablespoon of hummus on the bread.
  7. Add some artichokes, tomatoes, and olives.
  8. Crumble the feta cheese over the top.
  9. Note: The amounts listed will be enough for about 6-8 slices of bread.
