Coconut Eggnog (Non-Alcoholic)

  1. Simmer the 3 "milks".
  2. Mix 1 cup into eggs, mix back into pan.
  3. Stir over low heat, 5 minutes, to thicken (160 degrees).
  4. Strain.
  5. Chill.
  6. Add nutmeg, if desired.
