Quick Italian Spinach Pie
- 2 cups BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Cottage Cheese
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, well drained, chopped *
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pour into buttered 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake at 350F for 40 minutes or until center is set.
- Garnish with red pepper slivers.
