Baked Striped Bass With Rice Stuffing Recipe
- 1 x Cleaned striped bass (2 1/2 Lb)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper RICE STUFFING
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 4 tsp Chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Liquid removed capers
- 6 Tbsp. Melted maragrine
- Wash & dry fish; split & clean cavity.
- Season inside & out with salt & pepper.
- Stuff loosely with Rice Stuffing; close with skewers or possibly string.
- Place stuffed fish on baking pan; dust outside with paprika.
- Bake in 425 oven 30-40 min.
- While fish bakes, blend parsley, lemon juice, capers & margarine; divide into 4 parts & serve in small c. with fish, or possibly spread on each individual portion at serving time.
