Baked Striped Bass With Rice Stuffing Recipe

  1. Wash & dry fish; split & clean cavity.
  2. Season inside & out with salt & pepper.
  3. Stuff loosely with Rice Stuffing; close with skewers or possibly string.
  4. Place stuffed fish on baking pan; dust outside with paprika.
  5. Bake in 425 oven 30-40 min.
  6. While fish bakes, blend parsley, lemon juice, capers & margarine; divide into 4 parts & serve in small c. with fish, or possibly spread on each individual portion at serving time.
