South of the Border Guacamole Dip

  1. Chop avocado pulp and mash until smooth.
  2. Add tomato, onion and chiles; mix gently.
  3. Add pepper and lemon juice; stir until mixed in.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap until ready to serve.
