Stir-Fried Udon Noodles with Miso Sauce

  1. Cut the pork into 3-4cm pieces.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and cook the ginger and doubanjiang.
  3. Once fragrant, add the pork and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Transfer the pork to a plate.
  5. In the same pan, cook the sliced onions and sliced carrots.
  6. Add the cabbages (cut into 4-5 cm pieces).
  7. Separate the noodles and add to the pan.
  8. When heated through, return the pork to the pan and add the scallions (cut into 3-4 cm pieces).
  9. Combine the marked ingredients and add to the pan.
  10. Coat the noodles well with the sauce.
  11. Season with salt and pepper and you're done.
