Stir-Fried Udon Noodles with Miso Sauce
- 1 tsp Minced ginger
- 1 as much (to taste) Doubanjiang
- 100 grams Thinly sliced pork belly
- 1/2 medium Onion
- 1/2 medium Carrot
- 3 leaves Cabbage
- 1 serving Udon noodles
- 2 stalks Green onions or scallions
- 1 tbsp Miso paste
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Sake
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Vegetable oil
- Cut the pork into 3-4cm pieces.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan and cook the ginger and doubanjiang.
- Once fragrant, add the pork and cook until no longer pink.
- Transfer the pork to a plate.
- In the same pan, cook the sliced onions and sliced carrots.
- Add the cabbages (cut into 4-5 cm pieces).
- Separate the noodles and add to the pan.
- When heated through, return the pork to the pan and add the scallions (cut into 3-4 cm pieces).
- Combine the marked ingredients and add to the pan.
- Coat the noodles well with the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper and you're done.
