Pizza Dough Gnocchi Recipe
- 1/2 pound store-bought pizza dough
- Marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Tear the pizza dough into little balls, each about the size of 2 garbanzo beans.
- Roll each dough ball between your palms to make 1-1/4-inch-long gnocchi, slightly tapered at the ends.
- Boil the gnocchi in a large pot of salted water until they puff and rise to the surface, about 5 minutes.
- Drain, toss with hot marinara sauce, and top with Parmesan.
