Hamburgers of the Gods

  1. Grind chuck.
  2. Grind sirloin.
  3. Combine chuck, sirloin, and salt in large bowl.
  4. Form meat into 3 roughly 5-oz patties.
  5. Heat cast iron skillet or griddle over medium-high for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Place patties on man.
  7. For medium-rare, cook 4 minutes each side.
  8. For medium, cook 5 minutes each side.
  9. Flip only once during cooking.
