Chilli Fry

  1. Slit the chillies & take out the seeds completely.
  2. Then slice into long pieces.
  3. Mix gram flour, salt, baking soda, chilli powder, turmeric powder & water into a thick batter without any lumps.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Dip the chillies in the batter, covering both sides & deep fry till golden brown.
