Whole Wheat Veggie Spirals
- 3 cups Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product
- 3 cups Kraft Calorie-Wise Rancher's Choice Dressing
- 24 each whole wheat tortillas (7 inch)
- 3 cups carrots, shredded
- 1-1/2 qt. red peppers, finely chopped
- 24 each green onions, thinly sliced
- Beat cream cheese product and dressing in large bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment until well blended.
- Spread 2 oz.
- (60 g) of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla; top with 1/2 cup (125 mL) carrots, 1/4 cup (60 mL) peppers and 1/2 oz.
- (15 g) onions; roll up tightly.
- Wrap individually in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- Cut each roll-up into 6 slices to serve.
