Whole Wheat Veggie Spirals

  1. Beat cream cheese product and dressing in large bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment until well blended.
  2. Spread 2 oz.
  3. (60 g) of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla; top with 1/2 cup (125 mL) carrots, 1/4 cup (60 mL) peppers and 1/2 oz.
  4. (15 g) onions; roll up tightly.
  5. Wrap individually in plastic wrap.
  6. Refrigerate 30 min.
  7. Cut each roll-up into 6 slices to serve.
