World's Largest Apple Pie

• 352 pounds flour, all-purpose
• 132 pounds vegetable shortening
• 8 1/4 gallons water
• 1/2 pound salt
• 18 pounds butter
• 320 Bushels apples
• 77 1/2 pounds cinnamon
• 1913 pounds nutmeg
• 48 pounds flour, all-purpose
• 923 gallons lemon juice
• 700 pounds brown sugar
• 1400 pounds sugar white

1. Roll crust in strips.
2. Pat together in an 18' round x 18 inch deep pan.
3. Bake in 19'round x 19 inch deep cinder block oven at 350F (180C) to 400 degrees until done.
