A Catchall Casserole Recipe

  1. Place onion and butter in a 2 qt casserole.
  2. Cover with wax paper.
  3. Microwave at high (100%) till tender, 2 to 3 min.
  4. Combine all ingredients except cheese, with onions.
  5. Cover with wax paper.
  6. Microwave at medium high (70%) till heated through, 12 to 14 min.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Microwave at medium high (70%) till cheese is melted, 3 to 4 min.
  9. Makes 6 servings.
  10. NOTE: If using ham, use cream of asparagus soup.
  11. If using leftover roast pork, use cream of celery soup.
  12. If using leftover roast beef, use cream of mushroom soup.
