Cheese Pie
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie pastry
- 1 10-inch flat scalloped quiche pan, pastry lined
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Grate cheese and stir in flour.
- Beat eggs.
- Stir cream and seasonings into eggs.
- Line the bottom of pastry with the cheese.
- Pour on eggs and cream.
- Bake at 400F for 35 minutes.
