How To Store Rosemary
- 1 Rosemary (fresh)
- 1 Paper towels
- Rinse off any dirt from freshly picked rosemary.
- Pat the rosemary dry with a paper towel.
- Place the rosemary on a plate lined with paper towels and put in a 600 W microwave for 3-5 minutes to dry out.
- Once the moisture has evaporated, scrape along the rosemary stems to remove the leaves.
- Be careful not to microwave the rosemary for too long.
- By the way, you can use a dried fruit maker as well, but this method takes more time.
