How To Store Rosemary

  1. Rinse off any dirt from freshly picked rosemary.
  2. Pat the rosemary dry with a paper towel.
  3. Place the rosemary on a plate lined with paper towels and put in a 600 W microwave for 3-5 minutes to dry out.
  4. Once the moisture has evaporated, scrape along the rosemary stems to remove the leaves.
  5. Be careful not to microwave the rosemary for too long.
  6. By the way, you can use a dried fruit maker as well, but this method takes more time.
