Salmon Sour Cream Bake Recipe

  1. Thaw salmon, if frzn.
  2. Place salmon steaks flat on cutting surface.
  3. Halve steaks lengthwise, perpendicular to cutting surface, removing center bones.
  4. Place the 4 pcs of salmon in a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake, uncovered in a 450 degree oven for 12-15 min or possibly just till fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Meanwhile, in small bowl combine lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, green onion, lemon juice, salt and red pepper.
  7. Spoon over salmon; sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 3-4 min more or possibly till sauce is just heated through.
  9. Makes 4 servings.
