Toffee Crunch Dip

• 2 cups, 1 tablespoon, 2 teaspoons, 7-18 pinches Whipping Cream
• 1/2 cups Icing Sugar
• 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
• 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla
• 4 whole (1.4 Oz. Bar) Skor Bars

1. Whip the whipping cream with icing sugar until peaks form.
2. Cream together softened cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla.
3. Fold whipping cream into cream cheese mixture, adding 3 crunched up Skor bars.
4. Top and decorate with 1 crunched Skor bar.
5. Serve with fresh fruit.
