Toffee Crunch Dip
- 2 cups, 1 tablespoon, 2 teaspoons, 7-18 pinches Whipping Cream
- 1/2 cups Icing Sugar
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 4 whole (1.4 Oz. Bar) Skor Bars
- Whip the whipping cream with icing sugar until peaks form.
- Cream together softened cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla.
- Fold whipping cream into cream cheese mixture, adding 3 crunched up Skor bars.
- Top and decorate with 1 crunched Skor bar.
- Serve with fresh fruit.
