Cabbage with Salt Sauce
- 1/2 Cabbage
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 clove Garlic (grated)
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Umami seasoning
- 1 Coarsely ground black pepper
- Tear the cabbage into bite size and put it in a plastic bag(or a bowl) and sprinkle some salt and rub rub it into the cabbage.
- Leave the cabbage for a while till some water comes out of it.
- Squeeze the cabbage from step 1 like when you make a rice ball, drain the water well from it and put it in a bowl (or a plastic bag).
- Add all ingredients to it then it is ready.
