Cabbage with Salt Sauce

  1. Tear the cabbage into bite size and put it in a plastic bag(or a bowl) and sprinkle some salt and rub rub it into the cabbage.
  2. Leave the cabbage for a while till some water comes out of it.
  3. Squeeze the cabbage from step 1 like when you make a rice ball, drain the water well from it and put it in a bowl (or a plastic bag).
  4. Add all ingredients to it then it is ready.
  5. See how it taste and you decide how much salt you want to add to it.
