Cheesy Pizza Fondue
- 1 cup Spaghetti Sauce
- 6 ounces, weight Velveeta, Cut Into 1/2 Inch Cubes
- 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- Place spaghetti sauce in a medium microwave safe bowl; cover with a paper towel.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Stir in both cheeses.
- Microwave 2 1/2 minutes, or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute.
- Serve with cut-up vegetables and bread cubes for dipping.
- This can be turned into a fun meal for children by serving with veggies, bread and chicken, ham, or sausage chunks or cooked pasta, such as tortellini.
