BBQ Chicken Wrap with Grilled Sweet Potatoes

  1. For each serving: Toss 3 oz.
  2. (85 g) chicken with 1-1/2 Tbsp.
  3. (22 mL) barbecue sauce; spoon down centre of 1 tortilla.
  4. Top with 1/2 cup (125 mL) lettuce and 2 Tbsp.
  5. (30 mL) tomatoes.
  6. Roll up tightly; cut in half.
  7. Serve with 1/3 cup (75 mL) potatoes.
