BBQ Chicken Wrap with Grilled Sweet Potatoes
- 2 qt. boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled, sliced
- 2-1/4 cups Kraft BarBQ Sauce
- 24 each whole wheat tortillas (8 inch)
- 3 qt. romaine lettuce, chiffonade
- 3 cups tomatoes, diced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 2 qt. sweet potatoes, peeled, sliced and grilled
- For each serving: Toss 3 oz.
- (85 g) chicken with 1-1/2 Tbsp.
- (22 mL) barbecue sauce; spoon down centre of 1 tortilla.
- Top with 1/2 cup (125 mL) lettuce and 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) tomatoes.
- Roll up tightly; cut in half.
- Serve with 1/3 cup (75 mL) potatoes.
