Pasilla Pepper-Grilled Pork Loin with Potatoes

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Blend dressing and chiles in blender until smooth.
  3. Place meat on center of large sheet of heavy-duty foil; top with chile mixture and vegetables.
  4. Fold foil to make packet.
  5. Place on grill grate.
  6. Grill 40 to 45 min.
  7. or until meat is done (145 degrees F).
  8. Remove from grill.
  9. Let stand 3 min.
  10. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packet.
  11. Slice meat.
  12. Serve with vegetables.
