Mable's Meatloaf Recipe

• 2 lbs. grnd chuck
• 2 Large eggs
• 1 1/2 c. ketchup
• 1 teaspoon Accent
• 1/2 c. hot water
• 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
• 1 pkg. Lipton's onion soup mix
• 8 ounce. can Hunt's tomato sauce
• 2 strips bacon

1. Mix thoroughly; put into loaf pan.
2. Cover with two strips bacon (if you like).
3. Pour tomato sauce over this.
4. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
5. Serves 6.
