Creamy Rice Pudding

  1. In medium-size saucepan over medium heat, combine rice, 1 1/2 cups milk, sugar and Sweet One.
  2. Cook, stirring occasionally, 15 to 20 minutes or until thick and slightly creamy.
  3. Beat remaining 1/2 cup milk and egg; stir into rice mixture.
  4. Stir in raisins. Without letting mixture boil, continue cooking 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in margarine and vanilla.
  6. (Mixture will thicken on standing.) Transfer to serving bowl; sprinkle with cinnamon.
  7. Serve warm or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
  8. Makes 8 (1/2 cup) servings.
