VELVEETA Beef Enchilada Bake
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 1 can (398 mL/14 oz) cream-style corn
- 180 g Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 4 small flour tortillas, cut in half
- 1-1/2 cups salsa
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Brown meat in large skillet.
- Stir in corn and Velveeta.
- Spoon 1/3 of the meat mixture into 8-inch square baking dish; cover with 4 tortilla halves and 1/2 cup salsa.
- Repeat layers.
- Top with remaining meat mixture and salsa; cover.
- Bake 25 min.
- or until heated through.
